Each bouquet is hand-crafted to order, following the same colour palette and style as shown.

How long will the bouquet stay fresh?
With proper care, Chantal Flores bouquets typically stay fresh for 5–7 days. We include simple care instructions with every delivery to help you enjoy your flowers at their best for as long as possible.
How is the bouquet packaged?
Every bouquet is elegantly wrapped in signature Chantal Flores packaging and delivered in water to maintain freshness. Your flowers arrive beautifully presented, ready to display or gift.
Can I send Chantal Flores flowers as a gift?
Absolutely. Every bouquet can be sent as a luxury floral gift, complete with a personalised message card. Simply include your note at checkout and we’ll ensure it’s beautifully presented with your flowers.

Delivery and Shipping
Do you deliver flowers on the same day?
Our standard delivery is within two days to ensure we source only the freshest flowers for every arrangement.
However, if you need a same-day delivery, please call us directly on +44 (0)20 8571 2111 - if we have suitable stock available, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver fresh flowers within a 10-mile radius of London W7, covering much of West and Central London. You can check availability by entering your postcode at checkout.
Non-perishable products such as faux plants, vases and plant pots are delivered nationally across the UK.
What happens if I'm not home?
If no one is available to receive your order, our courier will follow the delivery instructions you provide at checkout — for example, leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour. We always ensure your flowers are handled with care.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of being placed, provided it’s at least two hours before 2 pm, when we place supplier orders. To cancel, please email flowers@chantalflores.co.uk as soon as possible.
What is your refund policy?
Because fresh flowers are perishable, we can’t accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered. If your bouquet arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes — if your flowers don’t meet our quality standards, we’ll happily provide a replacement bouquet or store credit, ensuring every customer receives the luxury experience synonymous with Chantal Flores.
